Held following storytime in the children’s section, these relaxed, parent-child play groups feature developmentally engaging activities including:
- Tabletop crafts
- Floor play activities
- Hands-on learning invitations
- Guided parent-child interaction with support from SPARK staff
These play groups are centered on parent engagement and learning through play, offering caregivers ideas to support their child’s development through everyday play experiences.
Families can also connect with SPARK team members to learn about developmental screenings, complete a screening during the play group, or get connected to additional early childhood resources and supports.
