Mom Made Me Do This 5k

In partnership with Rush Copley Foundation, this 5K is the first Sunday in May and appeals to the serious runners as well as the casual walkers.  Circling Mastodon Lake in Philips Park of Aurora, Mom Made Me Do This 5K is meant to be a fun family event with a born learning trail available to children zero to 5 not running in the race.

Dolly's Birthday Fundraiser

Fox Valley United Way is hosting an honorary birthday party fundraiser for everyone's favorite country music and philanthropy icon, Dolly Parton! The proceeds from this event will help fund Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Kane and Kendall Counties. 

We're seeking sponsors for this event at three levels:

Book Booster - $340 - Includes 2 event tickets (including food and drinks), and your company logo on our website and all event marketing materials

Literacy Leader - $680 - Includes 2 event tickets (including food and drinks), your company logo on our website and all event marketing materials, and your company listed on mailing labels as "Co-Sponsor" for one month of an upcoming book delivery in Kane or Kendall County

Dolly Partner - $1,020 - Includes 2 event tickets (including food and drinks), your company logo on our website and all event marketing materials, and your company listed on mailing labels as "Sponsor" for one month of an upcoming book delivery in Kane or Kendall County

Additionally, we are seeking prize donations for our raffle.

Event Sponsor – Limit One – $ Matching Gift This is one of our most visible fundraisers taking place on December 1st, 2026. Be the matching sponsor of this event and help us double our fundraising goal with the donations of the community on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

Holiday Assistance

Be a part of making the holiday season special by being a sponsor for a growing number of local families. 194 families and over 495 children, including all families with children living at Hesed House or in Hesed House transitional living programs, benefited from Holiday Assistance in 2024.

Event Sponsor – Limit One – $5,000 - The Holiday Assistance Program sponsored by Your Company Name will be how we label the program in 2025 wherever the Holiday Assistance Program is mentioned.

Bag Sponsor – Limit One – $2,500 - All program participants will receive an extra large collapsible moving bag filled with donated gifts to reuse at their liking courtesy of your company's sponsorship.  Your company may also provide marketing materials or applied branding on the bag will be opportunities within this sponsorship option.

Individual Sponsor – Unlimited – VARIES - Each sponsored child has a recommended budget of $100 and you can sponsor as many children as you would like.  Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to get started. 

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

In partnership with the Dolly Parton Foundation, Fox Valley United Way secures local funding for the cost of books and postage. Every month, children enrolled in the program receive a high-quality, age-appropriate book mailed directly to their homes, at no cost to their families. The first book your child will receive is "The Little Engine Who Could" and when they turn 5, they will receive "Look Out Kindergarten, Here I Come."

Kendall County Sponsor – Unlimited – $2,000 Your company will be solely listed on the mailing label as the presenting sponsor of the month to all enrolled children in the program.  In addition, your logo will be added to our Dolly webpage as a participating sponsor.  And finally, your company will also be included as a sponsor in all marketing for the Dolly Parton Honorary Birthday Party Fundraiser in January 2026!

Kendall County Co-Sponsor – Unlimited – $1,000 Your company will be listed alongside a secondary sponsor on the mailing label as the co-sponsor of the month to all enrolled children in the program.  In addition, your logo will be added to our Dolly webpage as a participating sponsor.  And finally, your company will also be included as a sponsor in all marketing for the Dolly Parton Honorary Birthday Party Fundraiser in January 2026!
