Celebrating Countdown to Kindergarten 2026
SPARK recently hosted its annual Countdown to Kindergarten early childhood resource fair, bringing together families, children, and community partners for a day focused on helping kids start school ready to succeed.
This year’s event welcomed nearly 500 participants, including 193 parents and caregivers and 301 children — a strong reflection of the community’s enthusiasm and commitment to early learning.
Families left the event with more than just information. Many children received important services on-site, including 63 free dental screenings, 23 vision screenings, and 15 developmental screenings.
