SPARK Awarded R3 Grant

SPARK is thrilled to announce a $210,785 grant awarded from the Restore, Reinvest, and Renew program!

The funding will support the expansion of early childhood education and referral services like Parent-Child Playgroups, Developmental Screenings, Parent Education, Outreach, Engagement, and Referrals. 

The project is expected to serve more than 300 parents in Aurora, IL, and will begin in September 2026.   

The Restore, Reinvest, Review (R3) program is a state-funded initiative administered by the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA).
