At SD131’s Summer Fun Day at Lebanon Park, families had
the special opportunity to meet Marysol Flores Martínez, author of the bilingual children’s book ¿Y qué tal si... confías en mí?
Marysol and her husband published the story, which is inspired by their two young daughters. Families not only received free copies of the book, but also got to meet the whole family behind it! SPARK was honored to help bring this heartfelt, culturally rooted story to our community through our partnership with Jumpstart and School District 131.
School District 131 will be hosting two additional Summer Fun Days at different parks in Aurora details coming soon.
