Join SPARK for a free, hands-on Play & Learn play group designed for children (birth to age 5) and their caregivers to learn, play, and grow together. Connect with other families, build community, and explore local early childhood resources.

Families will receive free Scholastic books while supplies last.
Featured Activity: “Responding to Angry Feelings Together”
Preschoolers are learning and growing every day, and big feelings are part of that. During this special story time and hands-on activity, families will explore ways to help children express their feelings in safe and healthy ways.
Families will learn:
• 5 steps to help children calm their anger
• How to use “I-Statements” to express feelings and needs
What to Expect
• Free play and guided learning experiences
• Crafts, story time, and snack time
• Classroom-style activities inspired by DuPage Children’s Museum
• Visits with Jenny, our therapy dog
• Opportunities to connect and learn through play together
