When will my child's first book arrive?

You can expect to receive your child's first book, "The Little Engine That Could" 8-12 weeks after registration. We understand that long waits can be frustrating, but please be assured that your book is on its way.

Please do not re-register your child if their book has not arrived yet - duplicate registrations can cause further delays.

When will this month's book arrive?

Books for each age group are sent out at different times throughout the month. If you have multiple children between the ages of 0-5, it is very likely their books will not arrive on the same day.

Additionally, books sent for a particular month will be sent during, not before, the month starts. For example, your child's September book will be mailed during the month of September (usually within the first three weeks), meaning your child's September book will likely arrive a few weeks into September, and may even arrive at the beginning of October.
